A Grandview man crashed his truck Wednesday morning west of Richland, injuring his passenger, the Washington State Patrol reported.
Andres Cervantes, 29, was cited for driving too fast for road conditions, the state patrol said.
The passenger, Luis A. Ramirez-Galvan, 31, of Pasco, was taken to Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland with unknown injuries.
Cervantes was driving west about 5:30 a.m. on Highway 240, about 27 miles west of Richland when he lost control of a 2012 Freightliner truck, the state patrol said.
The truck crossed the eastbound lane and went on to the shoulder before rolling and landing on its left side, the state patrol said.
