Two Pasco women were hurt Tuesday afternoon when a tire failed on a car, causing the driver to lose control.
Estefania O. Guerrero, 58, was driving north on Highway 395 about 3 p.m. when the tread on a tire separated about two miles north of Pasco, said the Washington State Patrol.
Her 1992 Nissan Pathfinder left the roadway and rolled.
Guerrero was taken to Lourdes Medical Center in Pasco with unknown injuries.
Her passenger, Otilia Soto Plancarte, 67, was taken to Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland. Both wore seat belts.
