A Pasco man is accused of molesting a preteen girl in 2011.
Andres Atriano-Angula, 48, pleaded innocent Tuesday in Franklin County Superior Court to one count of first-degree child molestation.
His trial is scheduled for July 22.
According to court documents, the girl reported the molestation to her school counselor last November. She said Atriano-Angula would inappropriately touch her.
Then when interviewed as part of the Pasco police investigation, she reported he had been molesting another girl, documents said. The second girl allegedly gave similar information about the sexual assault to police. However, the charge against Atriano-Angula only reflects one victim.
Atriano-Angulo is out of custody on his own recognizance while the case is pending.
