A Richland motorcycle rider was injured on Highway 224 near Benton City on Friday evening when he tried to pass a car, according to the Washington State Patrol.
Michael DeHart, 33, was riding a Harley Davidson eastbound about two miles east of Benton City at 6:51 p.m. He was following a Jeep Wrangler driven by Kaylee Perkins, 17, of Prosser.
