Richland police are searching for three people who robbed the Richland Numerica Credit Union about 6 p.m. Friday.
The three suspects were wearing hoods and masks and had a gun.
“They were last seen on foot,” said Richland police Sgt. Darryl Judge.
It’s unclear exactly what was taken. The suspects were last seen leaving the front door of the credit union at 1780 Fowler St., he said. A police dog tried to track them, but was unable to locate the trio.
Police also searched a nearby vacant apartment, but did not locate the suspects there, he said.
Kennewick police, Benton County sheriff’s deputies and the Washington State Patrol assisted with the initial response. Judge said Richland police also notified the FBI of the robbery.
Detectives are continuing to investigate. Anyone with any leads is asked to call 509-628-0333.
