KENNEWICK -- Three people were arrested Tuesday evening in Kennewick after a dispute between neighbors involving a gun and a knife, police said.
Police arrested Sateah Nimley, 37, on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a firearm; Donovan Lewis, 28, for failure to appear on an assault warrant; and Malcomb Lewis, 24, for provoking assault.
Detectives said Donovan Lewis and his wife, Angelica Lewis, had been involved in a neighborhood dispute with Nimley and Melissa Louthan.
Donovan Lewis, Malcomb Lewis and another man, Benjamin Gregory, 31, allegedly waited outside Nimley's apartment Tuesday to confront him about repeatedly beating up and harassing Donovan Lewis and Angelica Lewis, police said.
A confrontation ensued when Nimley, Louthan and their 13-year-old daughter arrived home, police said.
Nimley responded by going in his apartment, arming himself with a large knife and handgun, and threatening the three men, police said.
Police responded in force about 6 p.m. No one was injured in the incident.
