The Kennewick police’s Criminal Apprehension Team and U.S. Marshals teamed up over night to make six arrests -- all wanted on felony warrants.
Police said two suspects are members of the Westside 18th Street gang.
Three people were arrested at 704 S. Hawthorn St. in Kennewick. They are Bobby M. Riojas, 29, on three felony warrants; Jimmy T. Cuellar, 25, on two felony warrants; and Shannon F. Miller, 36, for one felony warrant.
Riojas and Cuellar are members of the 18th Street gang, said Kennewick police.
Timothy J. Pratt, 50, was arrested for 13 warrants at 1232 N. 10TH Ave., Unit 117.
Two more were arrested at 117 N. Yost St. They are Carl W. Ulrich, 26, on one felony warrant and Jennifer L. Mooney, 29, on one felony warrant.
Another suspect Michael P. Billado, 22, was arrested at Kennewick Avenue and Vista Way on a misdemeanor warrant and is a Norteno gang member, said police.
