A Pasco woman has been arrested on suspicion of running away from a crash that injured a woman in Kennewick.
Kennewick police were dispatched at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday to a crash at Kennewick Avenue and Fruitland Street.
A Nissan Quest was being driven south through a green light at the intersection when it was hit by a Volkswagen Jetta driven by Brittany Jo Morris Neiss, 21, of Pasco, according to police reports.
The Nissan, driven by Marisela Valencia, 36, of Kennewick, rolled onto its side, and passenger, Sophia Flores, 76, of Kennewick, was taken to Kennewick General Hospital with minor injuries, according to police reports.

Witnesses identified the Jetta driver who left the crash scene as Morris Neiss and the Kennewick Police Criminal Apprehension Team located her and arrested her later that evening, according to police reports.
She also had outstanding warrants, according to police.
