A 26-year-old Kennewick man was arrested for allegedly throwing rocks at passing cars in Kennewick, damaging at least one vehicle, police said.
Officers were called to Canal Drive and Fruitland Street at 6:46 p.m. Sunday after the victim reported her car had been hit by rocks while driving through the area.
Curtis Gene Watkins was identified by the victim and was contacted by police. Officers said he was intoxicated and uncooperative.
Watkins was arrested and taken to Kennewick General Hospital to be medically checked before being booked into jail.
At the hospital, Watkins reportedly was disorderly and officers had to keep him from assaulting medical staff, police said.
Watkins was booked into the Benton County jail on suspicion of felony malicious mischief, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and possessing marijuana.
Police seek Pasco man after home broken into
Pasco police and Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers are looking for a Pasco man wanted for allegedly breaking into a home and stealing a gun.
Michael Tapia Yniguez, 27, is 5-foot-9, 150 pounds with black hair, brown eyes and a tattoo on his right forearm of his last name "Yniguez."
Yniguez has a felony warrant out for his arrest for residential burglary and theft of a gun.
Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers pays a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information that results in a felony arrest.

Police seek 'persons of interest' in shooting case
A 30-year-old Boardman man was shot several times in an apartment, and police are looking for two men called "persons of interest."
David Ramirez was shot just after 9 p.m. Saturday at an apartment complex at 111 N.W. Columbia Ave., Morrow County authorities said.
Police received several 911 calls and found Ramirez being treated for a gunshot wound when they arrived.
Ramirez was taken to Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, the East Oregonian reported.
According to law enforcement activity logs, a caller Saturday told emergency dispatchers a male was shot five times and lying on a floor at a home at the Columbia View Apartments, the newspaper said.
The Morrow/Umatilla Major Crime Team was activated and investigators have identified two men who allegedly were at the apartment when Ramirez was shot.
Alexandre "Alex" Perez Velasco, 21, and Angel Rodelo, 22, both of Boardman, are considered persons of interest, authorities said.
