A 22-year-old Pasco man was sentenced to four months in jail for keeping his girlfriend hostage inside a motel room for more than an hour.
Jesus Guadalupe Cisneros pleaded guilty to unlawful imprisonment.
He admitted that on May 11, he prevented his 41-year-old girlfriend from leaving their room at the Thunderbird Motel on Columbia Street.
She claimed she'd been held hostage for more than an hour and was crying hysterically when talking to officers, court documents said.
Documents claim Cisneros hit her with a plastic cup and head butted her a few times.
Cisneros' criminal history includes convictions for second-degree theft, residential burglary and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
