A Pasco man was injured when three vehicles collided on the Edison Street exit from Highway 240 in Kennewick on Monday.
Donald Winn, 34, of Nampa, Idaho, was exiting the highway in a gray 2015 Dodge Ram pickup when he allegedly failed to stop and rear-ended a black 2008 Toyota Yaris driven by Saul Mendoza, 41, of Paso, according to the Washington State Patrol.
Mendoza was taken to Kadlec Regional Medical Center for his injuries.
The Toyota was pushed into the rear of a white 2004 Ford F-350 pickup driven by Edward. M. Luders, 54, of Kennewick. Luders was not injured.
The state patrol claims the collisions were caused by Winn following too closely, and they gave him a ticket for second-degree negligent driving.
