The man suspected of stabbing a person during an argument over a bicycle light in October was arrested early Sunday.
Kennewick police arrested Robert Silvio Agli, 38, Kennewick, on Highway 240 near Edison Street on suspicion of second-degree assault and several felony warrants.
Agli is accused of stabbing a man and seriously injuring the victim on Oct. 8. Police have been searching for him since the attack. He was a passenger Sunday in a car stopped by the Criminal Apprehension Team.
Prior to the stabbing, Agli pleaded guilty to federal charges in 2010 concerning counterfeiting money. He was sentenced to serve more than two years in prison.
Court records show his criminal history includes 18 convictions for assault, bail jumping, lewd conduct, criminal trespassing, resisting arrest, unlawful firearm possession, attempting to elude police and hit-and-run.
