The wind will blow again throughout the day Tuesday in the Tri-Cities, according to the National Weather Service.
Gusts as high as 28 mph and sustained speeds of up to 23 mph are forecast. The wind should die down after midnight.
Temperatures will be unseasonably cool with highs in the Tri-Cities of about 70 degrees. Highs are normally about 82 degrees in mid June.
A 20 percent chance of rain showers is forecast for the day.
