Columbia Basin Dive Rescue members attach a flotation bag to a submerged boat Thursday morning at the docks of the U.S. Coast Guard Station on Clover Island in Kennewick. The derelict vessel was recently towed to the fuel dock at Clover Island but filled with water and sank during recent rainstorms. The Benton County Sheriff’s Office was going to tow it away after it surfaced.
