Drivers in Pasco will be affected by two street improvement projects during the next two weeks.
A microsurfacing project on Sylvester Street, will cause lane closures and traffic revisions on Sylvester Street between 28th and Third avenues on June 18-19 and June 22-24. Some side streets will be closed and traffic detoured to flagged intersections.
In addition, there will be lane closures and traffic revisions on Argent Road between Road 68 and Road 48 on June 19 for grinding and crack sealing, and again from June 22-24 for paving of the roadway. Flaggers will assist with traffic control of the work zone. Side streets within the area will be flagged as well.
Both projects are weather dependent and the dates could change in case of inclement weather. It is recommended drivers use alternate routes where possible during construction. Up-to-date information regarding the traffic revisions will be posted on the City’s website at www.pasco-wa.gov.
