The Franklin PUD Commission will hold a meeting a 1 p.m. Friday to discuss the philosophy the public utility district is developing for compensating employees.
It will be working with a consultant to develop its first compensation philosophy.
The PUD will be looking at how its wages compare in the marketplace and considering whether that comparison should be for Eastern Washington, the state or the nation for particular positions. It also will be looking at how employes can progress in steps to higher wages.
The meeting will be at 1411 W. Clark St., Pasco.
