The American Red Cross Pacific Northwest Blood Services Region needs volunteers in the Tri-Cities to pick up and deliver blood at local hospitals.
Every pint of blood can help save up to three lives, a Red Cross news release said.
The volunteer couriers must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license and the state's minimum car insurance, the release said. They also must have a good driving record for the past two years and be able to life up to 50 pounds.
