The National Weather Service is predicting a 40 percent change of scattered thunderstorms Tuesday evening in the Tri-Cities.
Storms could produce small hail and gusty winds.
Wednesday the chance of thunderstorms drops to 30 percent.
The afternoon and evening could be breezy with gusts up to 31 mph in the afternoon and 34 mph in the evening.
By Friday temperatures should be heating up under sunny skies.
The high Friday in the Tri-Cities should be about 87 degrees, and the high Saturday should be about 94 degrees.
Sunday through Tuesday highs should be in the upper 90s.
