Speeding driver causes series of crashes Saturday in Richland

A 61-year-old motorist was injured Saturday morning when he failed to notice that traffic in front of him had stopped on Highway 240 and he hit an SUV, causing a series of crashes. Thien V. Le was cited for speeding in the 9:10 a.m. incident on Highway 240 at Aaron Drive, according to the Washington State Patrol.
