The Tri-Cities Cancer Center is offering a free tobacco cessation class from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Wednesday. The class will include discussion of triggers and ways to beat them, as well as stress reduction and nicotine replacement therapy.
The e-cigarette will be demonstrated, and first-time participants will receive their choice of nicotine replacement patches or nicotine gum, a news release said. Class size is limited.
