Tri-City residents may be able to put away their snow shovels for a bit after Sunday.
The chance of snow in the Tri-Cities will decrease to 30 percent Sunday, with snow most likely before 10 a.m., according to the National Weather Service.
Gradually warming temperatures should turn precipitation to a wintery mix of snow and rain by early Monday, which could make roads slick during the morning commute.
Today the high is expected to be in the mid 20s, but that will increase to about freezing Monday.
