A wind advisory for the Tri-Cities will expire at 3 p.m. Monday, according to the National Weather Service.
But calmer air will bring a return to patchy freezing fog most nights from 10 p.m. to about 4 a.m. through Friday. Fog may persist some mornings until 10 a.m.
Temperatures will cool some from the high of 57 degrees predicted Monday in the Tri-Cities and low of 33 degrees Monday night.
Through Sunday highs should be in the 40s and lows in the mid to upper 20s.
