The Mid-Columbia Symphony will perform folk songs in concert starting at 3 p.m. Sunday in the auditorium at Richland High School.
The performance features folk music from around the world that includes O' Danny Boy from the British Isles and American folk song Shenandoah, as well a selection of tunes from Estonia.
The concert also features the Mid-Columbia Mastersingers, under the direction of Justin Raffa.
Before the concert, symphony maestro Nicholas Wallin will give a talk at 2 p.m. about the Estonian folk songs and why he chose the songs for this concert.
