A man who has 45 convictions on his record was arrested recently for allegedly breaking into a Walla Walla restaurant and stealing more than $750 in cash.
Police arrested Robert W. Philips, 48, on Tuesday at an intersection in Walla Walla, said Officer Tim Bennett.
Philips is accused of the smashing glass front door at the Graze Restaurant on Nov. 29. Some food items and cash were taken.
A surveillance camera captured pictures of the suspect believed to be Philips. The Walla Walla man has been arrested more than 50 times since 1984.
Philips is being held at the Walla Walla County jail on $100,000 bail.
