Kennewick trucker's trailer hit by speeding car on Snoqualmie Pass

A Kennewick man’s semi-truck was hit Sunday morning by a Toyota Camry when the car’s driver lost control as he tried to speed pass it on Snoqualmie Pass. Luis C. Mejia, 30, was not injured when the 1997 sedan slid in to the left side of his trailer. However, Toyota driver Daniel G. Powell and passenger Camille M. Journey were taken by ambulance to Overlake Medical Center in Bellevue for treatment.
