Residents of Three Rivers Village in Richland can look forward to new, upgraded facilities once the construction dust settles.
American Baptist Homes of the West, which owns and manages the 41-unit retirement village at 651 McMurray St., has taken out a building permit and plans to soon start remodeling. Plans include a new parking lot and landscaping, new cabinets and fixtures in the living and common areas and new siding at a cost of $2.7 million.
The three-story building is 31,398 square feet.
Architect for the project is Randy Vanhoff of ZBA Architecture and the contractor is Walker Construction, both of Spokane.
