A 35-year-old Wenatchee man was injured when he was ejected from his motorcycle on Highway 395 in Kennewick.
Juaquin J. Flores’ Harley-Davidson motorcycle hit a sidewalk on southbound Highway 395 near Kennewick Avenue at about 5 p.m. Saturday after he failed to negotiate a curve, according to Washington State Patrol.
He was apparently going too fast, according to WSP. Also, officials said they suspect drugs or alcohol were a factor in the crash.
Flores was wearing a helmet. He was transported to Kennewick General Hospital, where he was treated and released.
Flores was charged in connection with speeding, according to WSP.
