A National Park Service certified trainer will teach a three-day class this month on interpretation. The Hanford Reach Interpretive Center is offering the class in collaboration with the park service.
The deadline to register is April 8. Space is limited.
Marc Blackburn, a certified trainer with the park service, will teach the class April 11-13. It will include two days of lecture and one day visiting Sacajawea State Park, McNary National Wildlife Refuge and the Whitman Mission National Historic Site, a news release said.
The cost is $130 per person and includes materials, lunch and bus tour.
