A Veterans Memorial Tribute starts at 1 p.m. Sept. 18 at the City View Cemetery, off Oregon Avenue in Pasco.
The event is sponsored by the American Legion Post No. 34 and No. 115, as well as the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 7952 and No. 5785 and the Washington Army National Guard Honor Guard.
The Veterans Memorial Tribute honors Mid-Columbia veterans who never received proper military funeral honors.
"We will include a reading of the veterans' names, a ringing of a bell with a moment of silence after each name and the rendering of military funeral honors," said Pfc. Marco A. Cerda of the Central Washington Honor Guard.
