A Grandview man died Thursday from injuries suffered a week earlier when a combine he was on rolled over.
Greggory Richards, 51, was hurt Aug. 17 when the combine lost power as he drove it up a hill at a Prosser-area farm.
Richards jumped from the harvester as it started to roll backward and was either hit or run over by it, officials said.
Richards was flown to Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland and later died Aug. 23 at home.
Never miss a local story.
Richards was a lifelong Grandview resident, who spent a few years in California in the 1980s. He owned and operated Precision Builders and was a heavy machine operator.
