A Richland man remains in critical condition after suffering a head injury reportedly while being ejected from a downtown Kennewick bar on July 4.
Benjamin F. Ensign, 31, has been in the intensive care unit at Kadlec Regional Medical Center since Thursday.
Kennewick police are investigating the incident in which Ensign reportedly tried to re-enter Jack Didley's on Kennewick Avenue after being forced to leave.
There was an altercation between Ensign and the club's bouncers that resulted in Ensign's skull being fractured, but police haven't released details on how Ensign was injured, and no arrests have been made.
Police have forwarded video of the incident and the case file to Benton County prosecutors to consider any potential charges, a news release said.
