Oregon State Police have identified the Kennewick driver and the 35-year-old critically injured cyclist involved in a crash on the Oregon Coast Saturday afternoon.
Authorities still are investigating the crash where Wanda Cortese, 78, struck the back of Hood River resident Christeen Osborn's bicycle.
No charges have been filed in the case, and Osborn remained in critical condition Sunday morning at a Portland hospital.
Osborn was riding her bike northbound behind her husband south of Cannon Beach.
Just before 1:30 p.m., a 2006 Dodge Caravan driven by Cortese drifted onto the northbound shoulder, striking the back of Osborn's bicycle, ejecting her.
