Three men are in custody following a drive-by shooting and car crash Sunday evening.
The incident took place shortly after 6:30 p.m., when one vehicle opened fire at least twice on a second, according to a news release issued by the Toppenish Police Department.
Police said they discovered the shooting when they responded to a report of a collision involving two vehicles in the 400 block of Bolin Drive.
One person was arrested in the vehicle suspected of opening fire on the other, but most of those involved had already fled, including a 17-year-old male who went to a local hospital with a gunshot wound, police said.
