Boosters are working to replace tens of thousands of dollars in musical instruments at Richland High School through sponsorships and the sale of a collector game board.
The Richland High School Instrumental Music Boosters will sell 1,500 copies of the first edition of Bomberopoly, a local take on the classic board game Monopoly, to raise money for the school's instrumental music program.
The game will celebrate the history of Richland, RHS and notable individuals.
The project involves the sale of the $30 games, as well as sponsorships and advertising.
Businesses can sponsor a "property" for $200 to $1,000, or a cash denomination and playing cards. Advertising also is available at varying prices.
People interested in advertising, sponsorship or buying a game board should call Valarie Peery at 531-7808.
