Kennewick Police Chief Ken Hohenberg has been appointed to serve on the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission.
He was first appointed last month to complete the term of the former Spokane police chief, which expires in June.
He since has been re-appointed by Gov. Chris Gregoire to serve a six-year term that begins July 1.
"It's an honor to be appointed to this position by the governor," Hohenberg said.
