The public is invited Thursday to let Ben Franklin Transit officials know what they think about proposed fare increases for fixed-route buses, Dial-A-Ride and the night taxi ride service.
The current proposal would increase most fares by about 20 percent, and would increase the age for senior prices from 60 to 65 to help pay for increasing gas prices.
No price changes are suggested for taxi feeder, Finley connections and the service in Prosser.
The public hearings are at 2 and 5:30 p.m. at the Three Rivers Transit Center, 7109 W. Okanogan Place, Kennewick.
