Tri-City builder Aaron Sullivan of Titan Homes said he will construct a home using materials all made in America.
He got the idea from a Montana contractor doing the same thing and said the idea is to support jobs in the USA.
Sullivan is meeting with suppliers and sub-contractors to make sure they have the needed products.
Sullivan expects that using USA-made materials will add about 2 percent, or $7,000, to the cost of the 2,200-square-foot house. He hopes to break ground Friday in Kennewick.
