John Taft, the great-grandson of President William Howard Taft, will be the keynote lunch speaker for the annual Tri-Cities Regional Economic Outlook forum Jan. 18.
The forum from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. will include speakers on key Tri-City economic sectors, including real estate, retail, agribusiness, health care, tourism and Hanford.
Taft, the chief executive of RBC Wealth Management, will speak at noon. He is chairman of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association.
Thursday is the last day to register for the forum without a $10 late fee. Cost is $75 for members of the Tri-City Development Council and $90 for nonmembers. Lunch only is $35 for TRIDEC members or $45 for nonmembers.
