CONNELL -- A man was stabbed in the head in Connell and authorities are looking for a suspect.
Connell police were called around 3 p.m. Thursday to the Sun Mart at 660 Columbia Road after the victim, who was said to be 22, showed up bleeding from his head, authorities said.
Witnesses said the assault allegedly happened at the Connell Park Estates, just up the road from the convenience store. They also said the man drove himself to the store, with a woman in his car.
He was bleeding quite a bit and asked someone to call an ambulance, witnesses said.
Authorities said the man appeared to have been stabbed in the head with a gold pocket knife.
An attempt-to-locate bulletin on the suspect was issued to police in the Tri-Cities. The suspect was identified as Jimmy Guzman, 19, and authorities said he should be considered armed and dangerous.
Guzman is wanted for investigation of first-degree assault.
