A flock of pink flamingos swiped Saturday night from a Kennewick yard has found its way home.
Two plastic garbage bags filled with the birds were tossed over a fence into the backyard of the house at Fourth Place and Joliet Avenue where they had been stolen.
Jenna Boogerd, owner of Swanky Babies, who was using the flamingos to as part of a fundraiser for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, said she got a message about the returned birds from her friend's husband around5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
"I'm assuming the person was pretty embarrassed and didn't want to get caught," Boogerd said.
Never miss a local story.
Boogerd hadn't had time to count them all, but she thinks they were all returned.
For the past month, Boogerd has been flocking people's yards around town with the flamingos as she tried to raise $2,500 for the foundation.
Boogerd will be back out tonight to flock more homes.
