PENDLETON -- Las Vegas might have the dancing fountains at The Bellagio, the pirate fights at Treasure Island and the light show above Freemont Street.
But Wildhorse Resort & Casino in Pendleton has something cooler -- an outdoor Extreme 3D Show.
The show makes it debut Tuesday through Saturday during a grand opening celebration for the completion of the facility's expansion.
The 3D show, which will be projected onto the side of the new 10-story hotel, uses some of the latest in video technology, said Tiah DeGrofft, with Wildhorse community relations.
The show will be presented every hour from 8 to 11 p.m. starting Tuesday.
"This amazing 3D show will immerse and engage viewers in a visual effect that transforms their view into a different reality," she said. "Liquid Scenic technology (the company that produced the 3D show) creates a custom look though the innovative process of high definition projection onto the architectural structure of the hotel.
"The show will bring the building to life through the tale of the tribe's native culture and the integration of their past into the celebration of their future."
The show will be visible from a car or the seating section that will be set up outside. Admission is free.

Wildhorse embarked on a $45 million expansion last summer that added 184,000 square feet of space, which included a 10-story hotel with 32 new suites and 202 additional hotel rooms with larger bathrooms and bedrooms, a fitness room, business center, two retail store fronts, swimming pool and three conference rooms.
The casino also added another 22,000 square feet of space for 600 new slot machines. A five-screen cineplex was added at the resort along with a larger arcade and an entertainment center for children.
