Gesa Credit Union will offer free seminars about retirement, online banking, credit scores and identity theft to the community this month.
Protect Your Retirement -- Build in Long Term Care from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Oct. 12 at 51 Gage Boulevard in Richland. The seminar will cover benefits of long-term care insurance and how it can protect retirement savings.
Online banking and recent bill payer upgrades will be covered at the Gesa@Home and Bill Payer seminar from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Oct. 18 at 51 Gage Boulevard in Richland.
A discussion called "Raise Your Credit Score" will be presented in Spanish from 11 a.m. to noon Oct. 22 at the Pasco branch, 2202 W. Sylvester St. Credit myths will be debunked, and concrete methods to raise scores will be discussed.
And Identity Theft Prevention will start at 6:15p.m. Oct. 26 at 4500 W. 27th Ave. in Kennewick. This seminar covers how identity theft crime happens, precautions, legal rights and the recovery process.
