Santino Fontana is a talented and serious actor who's been making a name for himself in New York City.
He's currently cast in The Importance of Being Earnest, which opened on Broadway in January to rave reviews.
But the Richland High grad isn't always serious. He can be as funny on stage as he is earnest, and hometown fans can see just how silly he can be by logging on to You Tube and search for Jersey Shore Gone Wilde, Part 1.
In the video, which has gone viral, Fontana and fellow actor David Furr go through a few scenes dressed as 19th century straight-laced British gents who start bantering with one another while in a bar. It's a bit on the racy side, so be warned.
Never miss a local story.
"I had this idea (to make the video) back in January, and we just got around to doing it just a few weeks ago," Fontana said. "A while back I was commenting how our show, Importance of Being Earnest, although set in 1895 England, is not all that different from MTV's Jersey Shore.
"It's about young people with no responsiblities, no jobs, and they're really only interested in having a good time -- food, sex, fun. And they entertain themselves by trying to one-up each other verbally."
The Importance of Being Earnest is playing at American Airlines Theatre on 42nd Street in Manhattan.
