In Pasco, voters will decide on a $59 million bond to build a new elementary school, a new middle school and a new early learning center.
Ballot boxes are at the courthouse, TRAC and the election center at 116 N. Third Ave.
Ballots also can be mailed, but must be postmarked today to be counted.
