Two teenagers in Franklin County were taken to Kadlec Medical Center in Richland on Sunday evening after a vehicle they were in crashed into a well house at 4600 W. Sagemoor Road north of Pasco.
Franklin County Sheriff's Cpl. Josh Bunten said four youths drove to the home about 9 p.m. intending to pull a prank. They parked while one of them went to the home, rang the doorbell and ran back to the vehicle, which took off without using lights.
The vehicle's airbags went off when it hit the well house, injuring two of the youths. Bunten said he did not know the nature of the injuries, but at least one of the youths walked away from the accident.
