A sex offender considered highly likely to reoffend is living in Benton County.
Joseph Reed Chiles, 28, has told police he doesn't have a permanent address but is living in Benton County.
Chiles is 5-foot-10, 175 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
He was convicted of three counts of capital sexual battery by an adult of a child under 12 in 2002 and 2004 in Clay County, Fla., and failing to register as a sex offender in 2009 in Alachua County, Fla.
Chiles is classified as a Level 3 sex offender. He is not wanted by police, but is required to tell them where he is living.

Kennewick police also have a meeting each month to provide information about registered sex offenders and share information about how residents can keep their families safe.
The meetings are at 6 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month at the police station, 211 W. Sixth Ave., Kennewick.
