April 19, 2018 - Construction workers guide one of three steel beams being lifted by a crane into place Wednesday morning at the new three-story Richland City Hall construction site on Swift Boulevard. The $18.5 million, 40,000-square-foot building will consolidate city offices now in three aging buildings for about 90 employees. It's expected to open in spring 2019.

April 17, 2018 - Jesus Mejia is bundled against Monday's windy and rainy conditions as he harvests asparagus from a Middleton Six Sons Farms field about one mile from Pasco on the Pasco-Kahlotus Highway. The farm started their harvest season about 10 days ago. Grower Matt Middleton said it has been a slow start because of cooler than hoped for temperatures and windy conditions that can curve the spear as it sprouts from the ground.
