Police are hunting for man with a violent history and a penchant for avoiding probation.
Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers issued a bulletin for Joseph L. Webb, 33, who is wanted for escaping community custody and possessing methamphetamine.
The transient's last known address was in Kennewick. He is also known as Joey Olson, Joey Layton and Joey Webb.
He is 6-foot-3, weighs 190 pounds and a history of violent crimes, including allegedly kicking his ex-girlfriend in the throat. At the time of the 2016 attack, he was wanted by the Department of Corrections.
His tattoos include one on his back saying "Webb," one saying "Tiffany" on his neck and skull and faces on his right arm.
People with information are asked to call Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers at 509-586-8477. Tipsters can remain anonymous. People can receive up to $1,000 for information leading to Webb's arrest.
