Residents of the Cold Creek area of northwest Benton County will have no power from about 10 p.m. Nov. 5 to 2 a.m. Nov. 6.
The Bonneville Power Administration is improving the transmission line running through the county to maintain the reliability of the electric system, according to the Benton PUD. The power outage is needed to do the work safely and efficiently.
More outages are needed in December and January, according to the public utility district. Dates have not been scheduled, but will occur at night to minimize disruption to PUD customers.
