An officer with Washington State Patrol Commercial Vehicle Enforcement performs an inspection Thursday of the overturned semi-truck that blocked the eastbound lanes of the roundabout to Columbia Drive from Highway 240. The truck, loaded with about 35,000 pounds of cardboard, was westbound from Columbia Drive in Kennewick attempting to head southbound on Highway 395 when the wreck happened. The driver was not injured.
